CLASS STYLES

At Homebody by Sophie, our class offerings are centred around mat Pilates, with touches of dance and breath woven throughout. Each class is designed to build strength, stability and connection, while giving you space to move in a way that feels intuitive and personal. Drawing on the fundamentals of classical Pilates, you’ll be challenged in all the right ways, feel supported along the way, and definitely have a bit of fun too.

HOMEBODY SIGNATURE

A form-focused Pilates class centred on breath, control, and alignment. Move with intention, refine your technique, and come back home to your body.

*Open-level class that is pre- and postnatal friendly.

HOMEBODY BALLET

An all-level ballet class focused on technique, coordination, flexibility, strength, feeling good while you move, and having a laugh. Whether you’re a beginner, haven’t danced since childhood, or are an avid dancer — this class is for you.

A strength-led Pilates class designed to challenge and build. Expect controlled resistance, deep muscle activation, and steady, intentional movement.

In an intimate setting of seven, this is a supportive and gentle space for you and your baby. Reconnect with your body through mindful movement while bonding together.

*Babies 12 months and under. Clients must be cleared by a health professional to attend a group class. There will be a spare mat available for your baby. Prams are to be left outside
